nyq is free software licensed under theGNU Affero General Public License, version 3(AGPL-3.0). You may use, study, change and redistribute it under that license. If you distribute a modified version, or let others use one over a network, you must make its source available under the same license. The source is onGitHub.

No warranty

As the license says, nyq is provided as is, without any warranty. It runs commands and edits files on your machine at a language model's direction. Review its changes, keep your work in version control, and use the sandbox and permission settings that fit your risk.

Model providers

Your use of a model through nyq is also governed by that provider's terms. You are responsible for having the right to use the subscription or API key you sign in with.
